They are not made for use with a cover they are an alternative to a cover. They are really nice for when reading and you need to make a potty break. Keeps the cats from bothering it and protects the screen if it should drop off the coffee table while I step out for a minute. I am keeping mine.

Hah! The little guy (who isn't little any more!) in my avatar walked an hour with me (the bigun we put down in March ) while my Kindle was in my back pocket, *reading* a library book to me.

Came home and he took a nap at my feet while I read the Kindle for myself.

That's the case I ordered. I'd never heard of them before and not a very catchy name, in my opinion. The other outfits that have flip cases don't have them ready yet.

Back on the Kindle 4, I notice that I am usually holding it with both hands and turning pages with both hands. I am normally 1-handed with my phone, although I swipe a page change with the other hand.

I started with a font several sizes larger than default, but find myself going smaller as I get more used to the device. One size up from default seems good to me.

I also changed my avatar from an RC airplane to one of my cats. That's Skippy in his "grouchy faced" look.

They are my furbabies. I don't have kids so they get spoiled. Auto Feeder, auto litter box and now I just need an auto petter. Maisy is a lap cat but she is too big to lay in my lap. She loves to be brushed. I just have to take her brush out and show it to her and she comes running. She will be 10 next year.

Sweetpea is just the bane of my existence. She gets into everything, drive me crazy and demands lap time. She will be 5 in December.

I wanted an easel case for the K3 but I never found one that was quality and I paid like $70 for my lighted case so it will just stay in it. The Eco-Flip looks nice and if I get it for half off, it looks even nicer.

I use my phone one handed and tap the page to change it with my thumb. On the K4 I hold it at the bottom and use my left to change the page buttons. When navigating or using the keyboard I use both hands like you would a gamepad. I read on size 5 with the font Amasis that was modified specifically for the Kindle. I use Medium line spacing with the margins at 30.
