I have one as well I'm selling it though. I also found the folder structure once I got use to the collections about the same to navigate. I do send most of my books through email though.

I like to download my ebooks to my computer first, organize them, then transfer to my reader. I'm guessing the Kindle lets you do that as well though.

That's what I do via Calibre. I don't know if there is a non-Calibre option.

So if you can find a cheap case for the Kobo Touch it should fit the Kindle NT. I am already bidding on one. We will see if I win.
Wow, those dimensions are really close. One option I'd wondered about was the Medge cover for the older Sony PRS300 -
They're marked down on the Medge site.
The 300's dimensions are 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 13/32 from Sony's website. A little smaller and I don't know if the Medge cover has any slack in it.

Not that I'm going to get an NT, of course. Just checking options

The Kindle does support Sub Foldering if you want to keep your files organized. It wont show up on the Kindle that way though, you will still need to add them to collections manually or through the Calibre plugin.

I use to be big on organizing when I used my Pocket Pro but once I got my Kindle I organize my library on my Dropbox and download books as needed.

You can drag and drop into the Kindle's documents folder.

I guess I'd get used to a new way of doing things and probably not miss the old way. In the past I didn't want a kindle because it couldn't read epub, but you really can't beat it now price wise. As far as I know there is no other ereader you can get as cheaply as this one. Except maybe the Kobo I've seen people talk about a bit.

Okay. I've seen sub folders in my Kindle document folder but I thought that was done by Calibre.

Yes but you can make your own when you hook the Kindle up to your PC. I have all my games and apps stored in their own folder.

I have a few games (maybe 4 or 5) and I used to have them in a collection until i realized that I wasn't really playing them anymore. I'd have a hard time finding them now without scrolling page by page.

I know! At this rate I'll never finish the Dresden Files series. Not this year anyway.

I don't think the K4s will be in stores anytime soon. Amazon wants a few months to see how they sell probably.
