Beppe... my friend... trust me... porkchop&leek smoothies don't work.

Right on both counts.

For dinner I had a smoothie with white cabbage. I found out that adding 4 strawberries made it good. Little girls did not want the creamed leeks so I gave her some cherry tomatoes. I tasted one with the smoothie and I found out that it enhanced the sweetness of the tomato. So this is my invention for a cold soup.
A white cabbage + 4 strawberries soup with half cherry tomatoes pocking in it. Halved because if you byte a whole cherry tomato it might ...
Why the "green smoothies" ? Is it an idea of yours, or is it something that is being made elsewhere ? Are there recipes ?
I am asking because I have never heard of them. Are they supposed to be like cold soups ?

HA !
I was wondering that too this morning. I certainly could not carry that backpack for more than 5 minutes, I'd say it's about 12 to 15kg so someone needs to tell me how a little guy of 140 cm and at the best (after lots of pasta) 32 kg can manage.
I will wait a week and see, then make myself lovable again by writing to the headmaster.

It is a well established concept, with its own literature and merchandizing. That's a site that I read once in a while. Watch out: it is American, they have a weak spot for sweet things. Although small amounts of fruit are good to correct the rough taste of raw vegetables.

When I go ste-Maxime I drink a lot of Gazpacho. About a liter a day. That's the best smootie ever. There I got the idea for feeding myself like that. No pots or range to clean. Very fast. Good nutrition. A lot of fun for me that love cooking and eating.

I am learning the tricks of the trade. The amount of water, which with what, how to correct flavors, and so on. Experimenting. To night smoothie of fennels.

I made it. Gazpacho. I followed the ingredients on the carton that I bought in France. I used stuff fresh from the garden, and it is very good. Better, deeper, more subtle. Great. Gazpacho, I own you.

100 ml of ice water. Then a pealed, seeded medium size cucumber, cut in pieces. Blend. Half a small sweet onion (red). Blend. While blending 3 small tomatoes that I had frozen. Half a clove of garlic, a pinch of salt.

Fresh from the garden? The tomatoes were more then fresh, they were frozen. Onion and garlic bought.

Many online shops. I order from time to time (say once in 3-4 months) teas from new shops to satisfy the need to taste&compare certain teas.
Keemun is one of them. If I don't like it, I take it to the office where I have a standard cup and unfiltered water, thus good teas would be wasted. On the other hand as a cup of a bit unusual flavour with lunch will do. I certainly would not waste (TEIC)The East India Company's Keemun. for Yunnan from TEIC or from Chah Online Tea.
Keemun has a specific flavour which makes it different in bad water, unfit cup and even if it is of inferior quality.

Wu Yi Rock - Rou Gui (penultimate cuppa). When I finish this Wu Yi Rock, I am going to open Wu Yi Rock - Shui Xian, which costs 1/3 of the former Wu Yi Rock. Both are from the same source, The Chinese Tea Company.
