e-book price fixing
Five book publishers and computer manufacturer Apple have been sued for allegedly colluding to drive up the price of e-books.

It seems every book I want to buy is one that doesn't allow discounting. It would be nice if they allowed sellers to set their own prices on all books. I don't see how this is anything but price fixing.
