Cant turn on pocketbook 602
Hello,
I have pocketbook 602 reader for 3 months. Today while reading, it suddenly shut down the book and opend the first page (bookland...). the green light is turn on, but it don't react when i try to turn it on/off. i thought the battery is low, so i charged it for 5-6 hours but still green light is on and don't react when i try to turn on/off. also, i try the reset, and it haven't helped.... what can it be? |

Try opening the back and remove the battery (small plug on the left side) for at least 30 minutes. That should bring things back to order
 If not reflash FW.  Still no help  Contact PB support for a new device
