I'm not sure it would still be HOT. If I have some left at the end of my walk (which is about an hour), it is warm, but not hot. Be sure to read the Amazon reviews about leakage. I would be a little afraid to let it turn upside down in my bag until I had thoroughly tested it. When I first got it I found that it leaked through the threads that screw the top on. Then I found that if I turn the inner seal very tight it kind of vacuum seals the whole thing and it doesn't seem to leak now around those threads. You just have to be very sure that you have tightly sealed BOTH parts of the lid.

I love it, though. It's the first travel cup I've found that fits under my Keurig mini coffeemaker, and I'm a big fan of double-walled cups. It fits my hand well. This one is only 8 oz, but they also make a larger one.

How's that for a detailed review?

I'm going to take a bath and then go straight to bed so I can get lots of sleep. A nice cup of Rooibos Orange Lemon Lime with honey will hopefully relieve my sore throat a bit.

You have sore throat? Out of nowhere? Or were you drinking a lot of cold drinks?

If the headache and fever come along, try not to read much.

Try Strepsils. And to gargle with salt water is also a brilliant idea.

No, I didn't have any cold drinks today. Coffee, tea and room temperature water? The day before yesterday I started getting a runny nose, then a blocked nose, and this morning I had a sore throat. Lots of people at work are sick, so I wouldn't be surprised if I caught something. No fever yet, but my temperature is defintely higher than usual. I'm also so damned tired.

There is a lot of that around. Just take it easy easy. Drink a lot of fluids and try to sleep as much as you can. Take care, will you?

Uh-uh! Sounds like a virus rather than just a simple cold. No fever?
Bundle up pretty good. Attack as many Vitamin C's as you can. Waylay some unsuspecting sore throat drops and do conquer some Tylenol or Fervex-type medicine. The best defense before getting to the last resort, namely the dreaded antibiotics.

That's about $40 USD. But I believe that bottle is a 2 liter size. Japan is NOT a cheap place to live though, so to give you an idea, a Big Mac, large fries, and large ice tea costs about $10 USD.

I actually attended company training today that was engaging and enlightening. What a novel concept. One more day of training and back to the office.

I went through 1 mug of Rooibos Jungle Fire, 3 mugs of Pu erh Tuochas, and 2 mugs of Lapsang. My training companions thought I was nuts.
