Post run second cuppa.
Although, I run only for 10 minutes/1 mile then walk home for 15 minutes and glad to survive it.
One thing was different tonight. My wife decided to skive off her aerobic classes tonight to stay with me, so she joined me on my 1 mile run. It was the first time in our life when we run together. It was the first time in almost 20 years that I was not running alone.
Spoiler:
My brother is bagging me all the time that I should stop running and do some aerobic or martial art classes, because running is bad (it damages spinal column and knees). I don't care anymore. I won't live that long to experience the drawbacks. I live with what I have today and don't look too far into the future. Christmas is my next goal.


The first post run cuppa was Kebusecha.
I infused it only one time.
2 tea spoons/300ml 70°C 1min.


Next time 3 tea spoons/300ml 77°C 1min.

Second cuppa was Wu Yi Rock - Rou Gui.

Blast, blast^3 (blast cube)- Tomorrow I have to go to work. I thought I could manage from home, pretending to be very busy and taken. Brief phone calls, few timely mails. No way. My presence is needed bodily. I am tempted to skip shower, teeth brushing and the other amenities, nah, that would be out of character. I might just ... I'll think of something. Dress up, daughter at school, train, metro, walk, the topic, lunch, the topic again, walk, metro, train, daughter from school. A whole day thrown out in bureaucracy. Blast, blast.

But then daughter will ask me something totally absurd, or seduce me in buying her something bad for her good habits or education, like a piece of pizza, just before supper, and we will share it a little piece at the time, while riding home, that she passes me from the back seat of the car, and we soil each other with melted cheese and tomato sauce. That is heaven. Then, maybe we will do like this evening: prepare a dozen water bombs for when Wife comes home, so that we make her shriek. Mothers shrieking is one of the best sound in the world.
