A bit disappointing in comparison to his earlier stuff, though still some strong tracks like "Crack a Bottle" and "Not Afraid". What do you think?

Won't the biggest difference between natural and artificial be the lack of this special bacteria that is healthy for your stomach? (this was the original idea of the author why we should eat it). Probably not the same bacteria but the same idea of a bacteria that resides in kefir or natto or kombucha or sauerkraut (fermented cabbage)?

I thought Aloe Vera was used in hair products and creams? Drinking it does not immediately spring to mind. How is it?

I don't like them either. "Not afraid" is... acceptable. I do like "Music box" and "Beautiful", though they weren't hits. Still, Recovery is better than Relapse generally.

But "I need a doctor" rocks!... er, I meant "I need a doctor" raps

Aloe vera is good for health/skin/hair... Aloe vera yoghurt is good for my tastebuds

I have Aloe Vera tea, which is very good as well. I was thinking about using it to make iced tea.

Oh, absolutely! I was only speaking to the taste. The health benefits would certainly suffer. I remember reading somewhere that almost anything fermented was beneficial, and that a major food source during America's Civil War was sauerkraut because it provided so much nourishment. Of course, this is also a perfectly valid excuse to drink beer!

I sure hope the drink company used more than just Aloe Vera in their product. Some years ago I tried squeezing the juice from my Aloe plants and drinking it. This was NOT a good idea...

I remember it isn't nice to drink it pure, but somehow the aloe vera flesh in the yoghurt my sister usually buys is so yummy she always yells "who ate all my yoghurt??"

In my cup: carrot soup with coconut milk and green curry paste. Absolutely divine!

All this talk about aloe vera drinks has left me wanting one too, so I made a cup of aloe vera tea that I'm going to drink in a couple of minutes.
