The Baen books I've obtained for Kindle are .prc and work great. If they came downloaded as .azw I would have to change the suffix to .prc to read them on my Iliad.

In fact, that is what I do when using Amazon's free convertor for pdf's and others.

Books come back as drm-free .azw files which I immediately change to .prc to make them viewable on any other device which accepts mobi file.

This is only available to Kindle owners, but Windows Mobipocket Reader's import capability provides a similar capability.

I considered it shameless begging, myself.

I've also noticed that Wagers of Sin has been added to the 'stock.' I'd asked after it and Time Scout some time ago. The Baen folks are just goin' nuts over there these days.
