RE: green nail polish. Don't know what brand you usually buy, but I found two bottles of green that I love - one cheap, one not. The first is Pure Ice brand at Walmart, color is
"First Time". The other one is part of Sephora and OPI's Glee collection, it's called Gleek Out. The Pure Ice has a silvery sheen to it - it reminds me of the underside of Silver Maple tree leaves. The Gleek Out has gold metallic in it. Green is my favorite color, too!

Thanks for the tips! In the meantime I found one @ Walmart - Nicole by OPI, Make Mine Lime. And this is the Prized Possession Purple.

I like that, but it says it's not available online or at my local store. I'll see if I can track it down somewhere else. Maybe Amazon has it.

What everyone seems to be forgetting is that green and red clash horribly. Surely a red devil should be wearing black nail polish, or at the very least flame yellow?

I suppose they could be. I can't wear them because I can't stand anything between my toes. But I'm a natural born klutz anyway. Chris actually keeps track of the last time I fell and if I go too long between falls, he starts wondering out loud when the next time's going to be!

BUT

this morning

she jumped at a squirrel on the deck and tore out the lower left corner of the screen

it's going to be pricey getting that screen re-screened [I'm way too clutzy to do it myself]

I wonder if I should have the repair shop add rebar to the repaired screen?

She's only 7 months old.

...and you'll notice, the dog in that commercial was a pug! That was no accident, either!

My mother's got the same thing only not with falling but by walking into chairs/doorways/steps/etc and breaking one or more toes. It has actually been a while since it happened...

Here in the beautiful Sandwich Islands we call them “rubbah slippahs” and everyone wears them nearly all of the time, except of course when inside someone’s home, then they’re left at the door and they go barefoot.

Just about the only danger happens when someone leaves the party after having a few too many Primos, and take the wrong pair of rubbah slippahs.
