Have you begun shipping yet? Now that I've done the order, I of course must have it as soon as possible.

Canada Post workers are currently locked out in a labour dispute, so no mail will be getting through until that is resolved.

I am considering the Onxy 91ms since I want a pdf reader. The touchscreen and wifi would be nice, but i am inclined to go with the faster processor, since speed is probably more important to me if I am just reading off it.

I had been considering the Pocketbook 902. People seem to like it, although I haven't really read too much about it, but it it has a slower process than the Onyx 91s, but more ram (256k versus 128k). And in the world of laptops, doubling memory can improve performance as well.

My question is to those considering the Onyx 91ms, what advantages do you see over the Pocketbook 902, besides the processor?

I made two pictures to compare the screens of the Onyx Boox M91S and the PocketBook Pro 902.

Thanks for the photo. According to your specs the Onyx m91s weighs 510 grams, while the Pocketbook 902 weighs 530 grams (so I was told in any case).

Since you have both of these devices in your possession, which one do you like better? Just kidding. I know the answer.

I purchased a Sony PRS-950 the other day, but decided to return it. I wanted to see the adequacy of it for reading pdfs. While it was okay, it still was painfully slow to maneuver through a two column, 16mb pdf I had opened that had text and images in it. I thought at one point the reader had locked up on me, but I guess I just needed to set it aside for a few minutes while it attempted to process all the taps I had made to the screen.

Anyway, I am hoping the Onxy will be well liked and won't be slow as snails.

Hi guys

I am also interested in buying this ereader.
Has anybody tested the Highlighter in PDF mode? Can you export what you highlighted? What is the procedure for doing that? What is the format for the exported notes or text selections via the highlighter?
Has the slowness when browsing PDFs been confirmed? I am asking about that other users notice in the video mentioned above.

How is the Internet browsing with this device?
How about the wireless performance? Is it easy to pick up signal from near by Access Points or you have to be in the very proximity of such an AP?
How do you load the ebooks on it? Does Calibre see it you you simply put the "boox" on the SD card?
How mature is the firmware? Does it use the same firmware like the smaller models? I know that there will be some common functions between the smaller ones and this model and I expect no problems with these common functions/fucntionality..

I am planing to buy it form here
http://www.dulinsbooks.com/ereader/boox-m90/

Does anybody know what is the return policy?

thanks
PF

About their return policy, please read here:

Actually I already ordered M90 last Thursday, however USPS tracking does not indicate shipping yet. So I'm not sure if this device actually available now, (though the web page say it is) and how long it takes to ship it.

the only time I have had any issue like that is when something sits in customs. tracking updates can be slow but the actually package normally arrives within the time they say
