			I don't eat muesli much, but it is almost the same as breakfast cereal, or corn flakes? I add cold milk (straight from the fridge) then heat up the pot to get the chill out of the milk, until it is a bit warm. White yoghurt for now. |

			Water.  I got back from my walk over an hour ago, but I'm still recovering.  Only 77F, but wa-a-ay too humid.  I don't usually carry water with me when I walk so early in the mornings (3 miles, hilly neighborhood), but I may have to rethink that.  The past couple of mornings have been very sweaty indeed!
