Or sugar! It took me a long time to wean myself off of using sugar. I used to put three packets of sugar into those tiny cups you get in Chinese restaurants! Now, being sugarless in my teas for many years, I can't imagine why someone would want to spoil the taste of the tea that way!

And as a mater of fact, I'm having a cup of sugarless Keemun tea right now!

I should like to see a link to any such story. I have very serious doubts that other than things like power stations, airport garages, and such anything would get anyone in trouble. I took pictures ALL over DC last May including IN the WHite House, no troubles.

I was in East Berlin in '86 on an "official" Army Tour for Army Officers. the guide was hysterical; "On your left NO PICTURES PLEASE! is the .... building..."

I don't have a link, but I remember reading about it in several photography magazines several months after 9/11. If I remember correctly, the building in question had an FBI office that processed the medical insurance claims for the dependents of federal agents. The US professional photography world was upset over the incident because, under the new (at that time) Patriot Act, the guy was never given a lawyer, told why he was being detained, and not permitted to contact his family for two weeks.

I just made a large pot of China Black tea. Very unusual for me to make it by the pot, but I've got some folks coming over in a few minutes to discuss some local parking issues, and I have to play host!

sugar? not since a long long time. If the coffee in a bar is too acid or harsh, I put just a drop of cold milk, so that I can drink it and the person that invites me feels OK or bad but independently by the black thing, I mean the coffee.

If you are taking pictures of military buildings in the US today there is a real possibility that you will be stopped and questioned. I have seen it happen in the US, outside the Pentagon and other places. It depends on the location, ie is it a tourist spot like the 9/11 memorial or some place else, but it does happen. There are signs at airports telling people not to take pictures of TSA folks and check points.
