Starson, thank you. I appreciate you responding to my cry for help, but that pulls in the author name and series as the title.

I tested it against the filename you posted, and it works for me:
Clancy Tom - Jack Ryan [05] - The Sum Of All Fears.epub

title: The Sum Of All Fears
author: Tom Clancy (swap option on)
series: Jack Ryan
series_index: 5.0

Are you sure you're using it correctly?
