Thanks for the heads-up - I needed it! I installed an old version of K4PC on a new machine about a month ago and forgot to deselect the automatic update box. I should know better by now, but it just got by me this time. Fortunately it hadn't updated yet, and the nasty little checkmark is gone now, so everything's good. Thanks again!

So, I had my K4PC on auto-update, unknowingly, and when I loaded K4PC, it updated... However, when all was said and done it only updated to 1.4.1 and not to 1.5. Was this supposed to be the case? I really didn't want it to update, so I'm not really complaining, but I did find it odd. As it is, I really don't use K4PC, so perhaps the fact that I hadn't used it since early March meant I was a couple of versions behind? As it is, I turned off the auto-update for now for fear of breaking my ability to bring my books into Calibre and manage them and their metadata as I see fit. I guess I should just feel lucky that I was behind as 1.4.1 seems to work just fine...

Last, thanks to the person(s) who posted and provided links to the 1.4 versions of K4PC. I'm keeping those with my software archive just in case.
