I think that depends on how many bookings they have. I don't work for them, so am not sure. Here is the web info. There is a phone # as well as an email form.

We travel a lot, but somehow never yet got to NOLA. It is getting close to the top of our list, as well as Savannah. I hope we can make it there in about Sept. We will definitely get up with your brother.

Assuming, a normal hurricane season. The way our tornado season is going, I hope h'cane season will not try to match us!

Yeah. Hurricanes, hurricanes stay away. The weather people are predicting a less active season, so I hope that forecast holds. I do hope you can make it out and enjoy NOLA.

It just seems demeaning to mention cheesy anything in the same sentence; it looks like a really nice operation to me, a bike tour beats a double decker bus any day.
