There was a poll about 2 years ago asking if you were an introvert or an extrovert. It was about 99% introverts. That's not conducive to initiating contacts and making a relationship.

I know of one instance where one MR member had a crush on another one, but as far as I ever found out, the crush-er never even told the crush-ee.

As many have said, I wouldn't rule it out, but since I've been here, I don't remember seeing it happen.

Yep, that's what I wanted to ask. Have you/has anyone ever fallen in love here on MR? I know, it's not love, not a relation, but the first stage of it, the beginnings, when you realise that there is someone whom you find interesting or attractive or special, when you start reading all his/her old posts to learn his/her opinions or how he/she reacts or when you start giving smart answers in threads that you otherwise never would have entered or when you simply act silly. Did this happen to anyone of you or are you all to cool to fall in love with an avatar?
