oh, and astra, they have a Darjeeling that smells like roses but is not fragranced in any way! The smell is from the tea leaves only!!! It is Rose Himalaya if I remember correctly. I was totally stunned because I couldn't believe it is not flavoured. This is madness. I must be locked into my apartment or will be broke by end of next week.

Testing blue teas will be fun. There are so many grades of them from close to green to close to black.

You might stumble upon another tea with floral aroma during this testing. I wish I remembered which oolong we tried had this aroma.

I wasn't at work, well I never go too work I work at home, but the Irish wasn't added until after 11 pm

One good thing about working at home is that the only lunch thief is a 6 kilo cat that can be distracted with a can nip toy

Water!!!
I was just diagnosed with GERD acid reflux and my damn doctor told me no more caffeine, citrus juices, milk, carbonated drinks of any kind, alcohol of any kind and the biggest was no more COFFEE.

All that's left is water and that evil green tea he suggested, oh yeah no sugar either! I think I'll just go sharpen my pitch fork!

That sucks, I feel for you ... Are you allowed to replace sugar with surrogate sugar like canderel? It might take you some time to get used to it though. And green tea isn't that bad and comes in all shapes and sizes. You might even find a kind of flavoured green tea that you like

My mom has acid reflux as well, she can't drink anything carbonated either. But unlike you, she's used to drinking tea with surrogate sugar. But when she's in the mood for something 'special', she drinks spa & fruit.

I don't know if they have something like this in Malaysia? It's not carbonated, and they have a light version. It's basically water with a fruity flavour added to it.

I hope you find something you like and are allowed to drink soon!
