360 Cressent shaped crack on top wing button ... anyone else have this happen?

Hi all.

I have a black 360 that ive been using for about a year now.

Over the last month or so ive noticed only one unplease thing about it.

The bottom part of the top page forward wing has a cresent shaped crack developing form the bottom left curving up and heading over toward the right side.

It is current about 1/2" long at this point, and im concerned that eventually it will complete its travel and the bottom corner of my button will then come off.

Anyone else have this issue? and or have any suggestions?

The 360 has a two-year warranty, so maybe return to the vendor for a replacement?

That should be covered by the warranty--you should be able to return it and get a replacement.

Would just like to close out this story =)

I sent my PB360 out for repair 2 weeks ago, and just got it back today.

Only cost me shipping to the repair center, and they did a very quick turn around and mail back out.

Thank you Pocket-Book.

This is some of the best customer service I have had on a warrenty repair ever. Not to mention a great warrenty period ( 2 years ).

thank you again... im back to reading and enjoying my ereader of choice =)
