Your message made me think of a great idea: I called Fedex, and they were able to find my package based on my name and Bookeen's name and location, and approximate shipping time (Thursday, Friday) and gave me a tracking number with an expected delivery for Monday. Yay ! Thank you Brad !

To anyone out there with an order in this batch, waiting for news, call FedEx and get your tracking number. Merry Christmas !

I don't get it: I'm in the Netherlands and I would expect a delivery from France to reach that faster than it would the USA.

According to the Thursday email, my order was at the top of the list! How can this be?

Do you have a tracking number ? If not, call Fedex and they should be able to give you the number like they did for me (see my previous post).

Thanks. I just called FedEx and my package is also scheduled for Monday delivery, and it has cleared customs. Unfortunately since they (Bookeen) have not answered my emails, and I didn't get a FedEx tracking number email, I sent a order cancellation email to Bookeen this morning. I now will send a cancellation of the cancellation email. So much trouble could have been avoided if they would just respond to emails and keep their customers informed by sending shipping information directly and not relying in FedEx.

Here's a way to track your package online, without the tracking number:

1) Go to www.fedex.com and select your country
2) Click "Track Shipments" beside the window for tracking numbers
3) On the next page, click "Alternate Reference" under "You can also track using"
4) On the next page, ignore account number, and enter the following in the Reference box (where XXXX is your 4-digit order number from Bookeen):
XXXX - CYBOOK
5) Put in your destination country and postal code in the appropriate boxes
6) click Track !

Glad I could help. I've also posted a message describing how to track your package online without a tracking number. It's waiting for moderator approval - I guess that's because I put a link in the message.

Doorbell just rang, and it was Fed Ex with my Cybook! I never got the email notification either, but I am very happy it is here!

My order number was 78XX, and I live in the Boston, MA area.

I have no idea if the case was included. Since it is a gift from my wife she took the box right out of my hands, and said that something had to be a surprise.

Can't wait till Christmas!

You still NEED Windows in order to read Mobi format ebook on your computer or to be able to create ebook in Mobi format using either Mobipocket's tools or Book Designer.

You should be able to track your package online without the tracking number

2) Click Track Shipments

I'm very happy that people are receiving Cybooks again, but I have to say I'm a bit surprised they are also sending leather covers again. Why do I need to wait until the end of January, while the letter in my box said that they will send me one as soon as they receive new stock.
