Yeah - they pricey - but IMHO worth it. I like to have something installed and then be able to forget about it safely.

Yes. I like it because it crosses some barriers for me. Its syncing in both Firefox and Safari lets me easily (no-touch) sync the bookmarks onto my iPhone and iPad. I have to think about how to do that otherwise. I think "there's an app for that" (Firefox Home?...I need to go look...[wanders off]...)

Yes, for now I have just switched to using Chrome on my Mac since I was already using it on PC and use the built in sync. I have no mobile devices so it's not an issue.

I am hoping that LastPass steps up and adds book mark syncing... since they already support pretty much every browser on every platform.

I think that makers of 1Password have some type of "global" bookmark thing... if you are 100% Mac/iOS it might work for you.
