Store Authorization
My PRS-T1 is not recognized by the Sony Store, when I fill out the e-mail form it says, and I qoute "Oooops".

Turns out I entered PRS-T1 for my model, but the e-mail form require it to be PRST1, no hyphen allowed. Jeez! Who wrote the code for that?
