payment authorization error

Hi
I was ordering the edge however, after I entered all information including credit card number, when I press the placement order button in the last page, I got the warning " payment authorization error". Does anyone has this same kind of error. I desperately need the edge.

Is it because my card problem or the server site of entourage itself.

payment authorization errors could be due to address verification failing, incorrect credit card information, insufficient funds or for other reasons. please go to www.entourageedge.com/support to submit a ticket so we can figure it out. thanks!

Went through the same thing when I ordered mine a few weeks ago. After 3 rejects, I emailed customer service (I live in Asia). The problem they told me was the billing address on my card wasn't exactly the same as I gave them. I verified the address and tried again a few days later. Rejected again. This time when I contacted Entourage, he told me he would contact the company that does their billing and do something to ensure it would go through. A few days later (once the hold had cleared my card), I tried again, and yes, it did go through. I found the error in the address eventually. My CC has my street listed as st, while I input street as St. One capital letter caused all that problem, and the billing company was that picky. So just contact customer service and they'll fix it for you. My mom in the States is enjoying the edge until I can arrange shipment.

My situation is quite like Queue. I live in Asia and I will visit my son in the Canada the next couple of days so I'd like to order the Edge ahead of my arrival so I can enjoy it whenI get there. My problem is I've filled the order from Asia with my credit card and I filled the billing address and shipping address in Canada. In the payment section, when I press the button of placement order, I get the massage" Payment authorization error". ( I try it 3 times). Do I have to change the billing address?. I've just emailing customer support and desperately waiting for the reply of the solution. If they could reply me ASAP that will be wonderful.

Do you fill in with your Asian home address or the State address. There is no option for country in asia except canada and USA in the billing address.

Rushkk,

As with most other websites (can't think of any where this is not the case), your billing address of the credit card must EXACTLY match the billing address you provide. This is so in order to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Ordered with a CC from my U.S. Bank and gave my address in the U.S. and had it shipped to my parents (which is the address on file with my CC). Ordering from Asia should not make a difference. With me, it was just one capital letter on the address that caused the problem.
Customer service will fix it for you. You'll hear from them today (they're quick to respond).
