I was just about to test it, but I'm assuming BookFab works fine with K4PC 2.8.0 (70980) as well. This is because while Epubor is based on Sats's method, DVDFab developed their own. They remove the DRM by communicating with Amazon's servers.

BookFab's method doesn't work since Amazon stopped it.

I would not rely on BookFab to get this right. Even if they manage to fix it again, Amazon is just going to break it.

I can get a Kindle Touch or a Paperwhite 7th gen relatively cheaply on ebay locally. Which,if either, would I be better off getting?

Hi - Sorry, what is a blacklisted Kindle? I'm assuming that's bad? And if I can't buy one from ebay, where can I buy one that is unlikely to be blacklisted? (And of the 2, which would be better, if I decide to take the risk?) Thx 😊

They may not be blacklisted, but eBay tends to be a good source of blacklisted Kindles. |

How would one get hold of an earlier model kindle that is less likely to be blacklisted?

Check on Amazon and see if any are available for sale.

So Amazon themselves sell them? Which versions are the best to get?
