Yet another cheap case

Staples had a graphing calculator case (5 3/4 x 9 1/8 x 1 1/4 inches). It was apparently made for the Ti 83, 84 and 89 calculators. Anyway I was in staples and saw these on sale for 50 cents. Its a fairly smug fit for the reader but the case has a hard back and front and it was cheap.
I don't have any pictures of it but you can do a google search on "staples graphing calculator case" and find some pictures on ebay.

The staples case has worked great for the reader so far.
I wanted another case that I could stick the reader plus case in when traveling to keep it from getting accidently crushed.

I found this hard case at walmart for 19.95.

The 48 cd wallet case is a good fit for the reader with default sony case plus the staples case.

I was just at OfficeMax today and they had a graphing calculator case for the same models for $1.50 all the time. I carefully cut the stitching that held on the pocket for the calculator and added some Velcro to the back side to hold the Reader in place. It is a perfect fit for the Reader and it appears that the cover is plenty rigid to protect the screen. I am going to use this for a bit and see whether I prefer this or the reinforced padfolio case I made. I like the calculator case because it is thinner so it will fit better in my bag but it has much less to offer in options. The padfolio had a note pad, pen, business card pockets, etc. This just has a pen loop (which is useless without the note pad, and a mesh pocket that is a perfect fit for my USB drive.

I guess I will see which of the three main cases I have made I prefer.

Is this the graphing calculator case that we're talking about:

I kind of like how it looks.

That looks like it would do the job. If you want to order from a company rather than on ebay, here is the one I was talking about for $1.99 plus shipping.

Office Max and I are old friends. I'm going to go ahead and order one. If I don't use it for this, I'm sure I'll find some other use for it!
Thanks again!
