Bilbo: ((9/9)*99)+(9/9)

Orlock: (99/9)*9+(9/9)

Multiplication is commutative

(9/9)*99 = 99*(9/9) = (99*9)/9 = (9*99)/9 = 9*(99/9) = (99/9)*9 = 99.

Both come down to 99+1.
