Troubleshooting Screen problem

Seen yesterday for the first time: dust, dirty, greasy (how to clean it?) or broken (fault)?
(replacing images with smallest ones.... done, crap php

This is a Thread I started in the General Forums. I copy pasted the link to this ... Hopefully you will get answers. I refuse to pass my ideas along cause Amazon Tech said I damaged my PW2 by improper cleaning. Hope we both get answers.

I cannot tell. the photos are too pixelated. Can we get shots that show the entire screen?

thanks a lot, read it, i'll try to clean with a microfiber sheet (maybe one for glasses, i've a lot of them) when i've a little free time

If you have the full screen black, do these spots show?

I see it when screen is off or turning on, not when i'm reading. Only one spot.
