Not PC Savy, PC Literate and PC Tech

Three different sorts of people with three different competance levels, which reader for each type of customer? I would give a Kobo to the first (seems to have cornered the market on simplicity, its got one simple button), Kindle to the next (has more functions that a PC Literate is able to take advantage of) and for a PC Tech a Bookeen or a Kindle DXG (better at showing those technical diagrams that techs need to inspect.)

I strongly disagree with your list.

No matter how easy an ereader is to use or learn to use it is still completely useless if you can't get books into it. For that reason alone, I would recommend only the Kindle, either K3/3g or DXG, for someone who is not "PC Savy".

Any other reader requires the use of a computer and knowledge of how to use it in order to add books. That limits them to those who are, at the very least, "PC Literate".

I agree with dwig.

Plus, for the "PC Tech" group...we wouldn't need a recommendation on this criteria....we know how figure out what we want, so all options are open. ;-)

And BTW, IIRC, the Kobo has more than one button...they're on the side edge.
