Device: Fire HD 10 (11th generation)
Fire HD10 not recognized

Hi All,

I updated my Fire (yesterday was prime day) to an HD10 but Calibre 6 (Running on a windows 10 PC) does not recognize the device. I've searched for answers to this issue, but I'm not having any luck.
Windows sees the device as a drive but I'm not able to copy anything to it with file explorer.
I get a pop-up "The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected" (of course, it's still connected, unlocked and active)

Here is the connection debug dump:

That device is reporting it has no storage devices available, which is why calibre refuses to connect to it.
This can usually be fixed by rebooting both the device and the computer. Also sometimes faulty/failing
SD cards cause it. If you have an SD card in the device, try removing it. If your device is not in
File transfer mode, you should swipe down from the TOP after plugging it in, tap on the USB notification
and change the USB mode to file transfer.
