And besides that, you don't want a moose with its tongue frozen onto your car. It might get perturbed.

I wonder what's the reason behind this warning? Would it be OK to let a moose lick the driver instead of the car?

I believe it has to do with (whatever the plural of moose is) getting comfortable around cars, putting them, the car, and the occupants of the car in danger.
(IIRC in the US deer are actually the wildlife creature responsible for the most deaths largely due to cars colliding with them and the corpse or soon to be corpse being propelled into one or more of the occupants of said car, I assume a moose would provide a similar risk) |
