I also changed TMP and TEMP by moving it from C: \ to D: \ and I restarted the computer but it always gives me the same error. What can I do?

That error indicates the file you are trying to convert is corrupted/or not actually a MOBI file.

I removed the DRM with DRM removal, something already done with other books and I've never had problems, what could have happened? This book that I can not convert was bought yesterday, the problem can be caused by some update in DRM security?
