Conversion Failed

Hi guys, my apologies if I am posting this in the wrong area, or if I don't give enough information.

I've never had a problem with Calibre before and mainly use it to convert word docs to EPUB to read on my iPad (first saving the doc as rtf).

Tonight however I have come across Conversion Failed on 4 new documents.

This is the error I receive (well at least for 1 of the files) and I have changed none of the default settings:

This does not answer your 'error' question, but this chapter detection pattern looks strange to me.

Save your rtf as html in word and then convert the html, you will be fine.
