New Kindle Touch Problem
I got my ebooks & everything on order BUT the last 2 ebooks the Darn Touch says there is already a collection in the cloud by that name YET the dang thing wont download it or anything! Cant make the collection name cant get it to DL the collection from the cloud! would be appreciated!

BTW my firmware is: 5.6.1.0.6 [2588930001]

Well this is CRAZY! NOW it says I have Nothing on the ereader! About 1 hour ago I was reading & finished a ebook. Was looking for the my next read & ALL my ebooks & collections VANISHED!! 1300 books GONE! OK going to call CS at Amazon this piece of Junk is going back!!

YES! They sure did Connected to PC Calibre couldnt even find them! Called CS was told they had quite a few having problems. Offered me replacement or money back.... took money but too bad I paid with gift card

And I just sold the old Touch I had
