M96 three problems

Hi guys,
I have three problems with my M96 (bought from Booxstor in Germany):
1. Reading apps (Oreader, Aldiko) close frequently and the ebook has to be opened again to resume reading. Luckily it remembers the page that was last read.
2. Neo reader is not installed; it does not appear in applications or in the menu at a long click.
3. In Aldiko the top bar switches to black on black. When I long click the power button and choose Cancel the icons appear again (home button, battery status etc.)
I downloaded and installed the latest firmware from Booxstor's site but that did not help.
Who knows the solutions to those problems?
