Windows 10 & Kobo Aura H2O
I've updated Windows 10 Pro to version 1607 Build 14393.1066 on my Surface Pro 2. My H2O works no problem with and without Calibre when plugged into the USB port.

There two threads started in March 2017 about Windows 10 and Kobo. I'm just saying that it does work and on what system I'm using.
