Unhappy Crash after update 32bit to 0.9.11

Using Windows 7 64bit. After updating Calibre crashes while loading the userinterface.

Windows log reports:

Switched to Calibre 64bit, which is working just fine.

I'm curious about Calibre log or debug files so I can look into this. Where to find, or how to generate them.

Preferences: restart in debug mode (Ctrl+Shift+R )
The dialog will tell you wher the Log is written

One common cause of crashes is font problems, but as ducks rightly says, the debug log will show for sure.

Thanks for the tips. There only one problem. Calibre 32bit won't start, it crashes at startup. So no restarting in debugmode.

I already tried the commandline options, but they gave no visible result.

I'll try 0.9.12 to see if it solves anything.
