Calibre crash after update to 0.8.12
The updated version installed just fine and launched on first run so I decided to go ahead and add a few new books and Calibre crashed while adding books and now it wont launch at all. Both times the app crash faulting module was sqlite_custom_pyd.
I'm not sure if the problem is with the updated version or whether something I was adding corrupted the database or something. Any help would be awesome.

There weren't any changes that could affect the database in 0.8.12. Run calibre ina command prompt as
calibre-debug -g and post the detailed error (if any) you get there. Also try a clean install, i.e. uninstall, delete c:\program files\calibre2 and then re-install. Doing so will not affect your books/settings. |

If the re-install doesn't work, attach the metadata.db file from your calibre library folder.

AS a workaround just delete sqlite_custom.pyd from your calibre install folder. I'll investigate the cause of the crash later.

The crash is caused by a bug triggered by having more than 100 authors for a book, which in your case happens for Maori and Settler. Fix will be in next release.
