0.7.30 crash

[nickredding]

The NY Times recipe is crashing with 0.7.30. In Calibre, there is no Python traceback at all, suggesting it's not a recipe issue (which worked fine in 0.7.29). Here is the trace (verbose debug-mode) running in a command line window using e-book-convert.
