Got my 650 Today
And I am not the least bit disapointed!
I made a cover for it yesterday and will finish it tonight and post a picture.

I really didnt have anything more productive to say other then I am tickled pink with it already, the touch screen is amazing!

yep! as soon as I get my library card back in good standing lol a few overdue books! I also plan on getting a membership to the phili library cause it looks awesome!

its done but it didnt turn out the best lol!
basically what I did was take a note book and rather then removing all of the pages, i hollowed out a spot to put the reader in, so it would look like a book on the outside (im sure you know what I mean, those hollowed out stash books). The problem I encountered was not using a sharp enough knife so cutting it was a little bit difficult so it fits a bit snug.

Just picked up one today after months of increasing frustration with my Kobo.

No doubt about it, the 650 is an altogether different class of device, so much better built, faster, more thoughtful firmware and interface, an all round pleasure to use.

I thought the Kobo was really slow back when I was looking at devices last summer, but thought I was being (too) picky.
