There is no real documented list because it changes. Some of the entries only last one or two firmware versions. Some don't do anything useful or obvious to us.

https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=218376 is fairly old now, but, includes a lot of things that still work. There was a newer post like that one that should be a little more up to date.

Most of the interesting options you want to play with are in the "FeatureSettings" section. If you search for that in the forum, you should find what we know.
