Win7/Mac Config file...??

Is there a cfg file or whatever it may be called interchangeable with Win and MAC....My MacPro is coming back tonight from being repaired and I will re-install Caliber....Can I take the installed Caliber plug-ins from my Win puter and bring it to my Mac...??

The config files are interchangeable between OSs. On OS X it's located at ~/Library/Preferences/calibre.
