Merging duplicates

Good day.
My newest problem.
The Find Duplicate plugin finds over 2200 duplicates when searching identical title, identical author. For each duplicate one has all files and the other has all files except for the actual book. So I select the one with all files then select the one that is missing the file and Shift-Alt-M.
This is getting tedious. Is there a way I can get Calibre to do this for me?

If you are familiar with the Action Chains plugin, add this custom module, and build a chain with the added action to merge the duplicates.

Warning: Backup your library before proceeding. You are responsible for any irreversible loss of books using this method.
