Duplicates handling with Find Duplicates plugin
The Find Duplicates plug-in works by title/author. I have books in multiple formats (PDF, ePub, Mobi) and they show as duplicates. Is there a technique that considers file extension in addition to title and author?
An obvious question is why have duplicates inn the first place and I do have a specific reason. I'm also finding false duplicates, where the returned metadata is incorrect even when the title and author are exact matched. Thanks! Last edited by erfjr; 03-05-2013 at 04:12 PM. |
