Can you open them with Kindle4PC? What was the error message when you tried to import them to calibre?

You might want to check the Dealing with Kindle for PC/Mac 1.19 and KFX in calibre thread for more on the "joys" of dealing with KFX ebooks.

Where did you obtain those two copies of the ebook? As near as I can tell, Amazon has never sent me ebooks with human readable names and the default Kindle4PC library directory is called "My Kindle Content" not "Unknown". This makes me suspect that these are not legitimate copies of the ebook.

From Amazon's (.ca and .com) webpages, the ASIN should be B08FXXWM63 not the B07RCCKH1L in your file names.
