Fear is in the "Politics & Government" category, going to that page, and
the Deep State is the next best seller. Clicking on that reveals that buyers of that also bought
Trumps Enemies. Some from DNSB's list are further down. I think those and others were higher last week. I think that is enough digging to show that pwalker8 is correct that there are a lot out there. I hope that lays the "I've never seen any, so they don't exist" theory to rest.
