It makes it more likely we can give you correct advice.

Last time, you tried to switch into diagnostics mode and then enable usb networking.
Is that what you want to do this time also?
OR
Do you want to install USB networking in the "main" mode this time?

(PS: and stay away from diagnostics mode this time.)
