Imagine me and you, I do
I think about you day and night, it's only right
To think about the girl you love and hold her tight
So happy together
Saturday morning and the sun is bright! I've a nice cup of Taylors of Harrogate's English Breakfast tea next to me, and I'm ready to face the day. This spring-like weather seems to be holding so we'll take a ride.

I'm an equal opportunity tea lover.

Taylors for some teas, Fortnum & Mason for others, Jackson's of Piccadilly, Ahmad, even Bigalow for one! Just please... no Lipton's Regular Label!

I will test them.....in a few weeks time probably. Have to finish English Breakfast from Bath's Tea House Emporium.

Why not a side-by-side comparison? That might prove interesting.

Sounds as if you've gotten the really good quality tea bags, beppe! The ones I found that feel like soft silk to the same thing to my rough finger tips! However, it makes filling them easier, as I can pick one up with one finger rather than needing two!

Hello Poppaea, nice to meet you!
What tea is this an Orange Pekoe of? Does it say on the label?

250 g Kashmir Chai by Kusmi

The Kusmis are extremly hard to resist due to their unique packaging...

I just saw these for the first time last week. Very pretty tins! Unfortunately, my shop only had three different teas, and all were flavored. Not my cup of tea, I'm afraid. I really would like to try that Russian Morning tea. It has the same mix as McNultey's Russian Caravan tea, but obviously the blending will be different.

Taylors of Harrogate is an old UK tea company that puts our some very, VERY nice teas. Astra likes their 'Yorkshire Gold,' and I like the regular 'Yorkshire,' as well as their English Breakfast tea. I'm not so fond of Taylor's 'Ceylon.' I prefer another UK company, "Fortnum & Mason" for that, and for their Royal Breakfast tea too. I seem to prefer the teas from tea companies rather than from tea retailers. It's sort of like buying one's wine from the estate rather that at the supermarket. Maybe I'm just a snob!
