It sounds like we are surrounded by deadly snakes, but where we live we have only seen one non-deadly in the cat's mouth and rescued it. They are out there, but don't commonly come in your house unless you are near lots of bush and have holes in your house.

You can do it! Or not, surely you have food to last a few more days hiding at the back of the pantry. Get inventive with meals and you may not have to go shopping for another week. (although I am getting low on laundry stuff

Although in reality unless you are in an urban area, nobody is going to know or care if you kill one. We always remove and let go in the bush!
