Help us choose a book as the April 2013 eBook for the MobileRead Book Club. The poll will be open for 5 days. There will be no runoff vote unless the voting results a tie, in which case there will be a 3 day run-off poll. This is a visible poll: others can see how you voted. Help us select the next book that the MobileRead Book Club will read for April, 2013. The nominations will run through midnight EST March 30 or until 10 books have made the list. The poll will then be posted and will remain open for five days. US Supreme Court Upholds Right to Resell

I'm very pleased to say that they have "ruled that you do have the legal right to resell legally purchased content that was produced outside the US." (A 6:3 verdict.) This is a very important decision that will affect our US members, and may well affect non-US members if the ruling is taken into account in deciding similar questions in other jurisdictions.
