Question Red 600 and Red 650 side-by-side?

Has anyone seen pictures of the Red PRS 650 beside the Red PRS 600? I can't tell from the pictures if they've gone back to the orang-ier red of the PRS 505 or kept the bluer red of the PRS 600.

Fizzy, I've not seen the Red 600, but I just picked up my red 650 today. It's like a reddish orange color, maybe closer to a deep magenta. I wish I had a color swatch to take pictures and compare to. But, my red sticky notes look almost bright fire orange red compared to the 650.

Here..I've grabbed everything red I could find in my house. Probably a terrible comparison photo. But, I tried

I see, so it's a more bluish red that a SuperMario, but a more orangy red than the fire extinguisher (or whatever that little spray can is)!

Thanks so much for the pics! I don't know if I think it'll turn out to be a different red from the current PRS600, but you definitely made me smile.

It's my first red e-reader and was kind of afraid it would turn out to be a firetruck red, but it's a really beautiful deep color. Really pleased with it.

This picture on Engadget shows the 600 and 650 in the same shot, although not close enough together to get a true sense. It seems like the 600 is more maroon (purple/brown) and the 650 is more a blue-toned red.

The photos on that site doesn't do the red PRS 650 any justice, there it looks like it is firetruck red, but in reality it's much darker and deeper kind of red, almost with a touch of dark pink in it. Can't explain, but in reality it looks way more beautiful then on the pictures on that site.
